Oh, Hell. Another Monday...

I only woke up about 30 minutes late this morning.  Not too bad.  Neon was like, "It's what time?!?!  URG!".  Sorry buddy, Mama is old and tired!  I think I accidentally had my alarm set for 7:10AM instead of 6:10AM.  Uh, oh.  Time to get back on the ball!  Supa is no longer on vacation.  Now where did I put my game face?  BLAH!  Anyhow, I'm super, super tired today.  It was a wonderful, very eventful weekend and I don't think I relaxed quite enough.

I don't think I was in this position for long enough this past weekend......
Friday after work, I rushed home and ate dinner with Supa, the kids, and Lolly.  Then Supa announced that Best Buy had two things on sale half price that the kids had on their Christmas wish list so Lolly and I decided to run over and grab them.  Jade couldn't come over because her dumbass husband needed to go to bed early so he could be at work at 4AM.  (Have I mentioned how much I can't stand her dumbass husband?  We'll save that for another day)

We ran over to Best Buy and of course the deals we were looking for were only ONLINE deals.  FML.  Thankfully, the people at Best Buy are very nice and they price matched the items so that we could buy them at the online price.  YAY!

You guys fucking ROCK!
We got our little artist, Dazzle, the Udraw for the XBox.  (She is going to go crazy!!  She loves to draw so much!)  We got Neon (well, really for Dazzle and himself) some wrestling game that they both have been talking about wanting.

This is how we roll:

Udraw regular price $80 - Price I paid - $39
Wrestling Game regular price $50 - Price I paid - $25

Thank you Supa for watching out for those deals!!  You did a great job!

After we finished at Best Buy, we went over to Jade's house.  If she can't come to us, we will come to her.  We hung out for a bit and ran our mouths for awhile and then it was time to head back to the house.  Lolly had laundry to do and I was ready to see my husband and lay on my couch until bedtime.

I was tired already and the weekend had barely started!

Saturday morning Supa and Neon stayed home while Dazzle and I headed over to the hair salon.  We both got our hair cut and I had my eyebrows waxed.  Fun times.....(Literally, it's so relaxing, especially when they wash your hair and give you a scalp massage for 20 minutes)

I didn't let it get this far but really, you have to watch that shit.  LOL

Like I said on Friday, Dazzle did want to get a chunk of her hair dyed.  I was okay with it if it cost between $10 and $20.  No problem.  But they wanted $40 just to dye one strip of her hair.  Oh hells no!  That is not worth the money....Just my opinion.  Maybe we will do it at home ourselves....We'll see.  When we were finished with our pampering time, we ran and picked up some lunch and then it was back home to eat with the boys.

We ate lunch and then Supa and I left to go to Burlington to look at coats.  Supa found a really nice coat for $29.99!  WOW!  The wool coat I wanted (Made by Calvin Kline - not that I give a damn, just happened to be the coat I liked) was $100.00.  Are they crazy!  Needless to say, we left without buying a coat for myself.  MAYBE if it hadn't been right before Christmas time, I would have bought that coat but not right before Santa comes.

We ran over to Belk's to look at their coats since it was right next door and their prices were so over the top.  LOL.  $320.00 for the same damn coat.  Belk's you are a joke.  Kiss my ass.

Wow, really?  I wouldn't spend $320.00 on one coat if it was lined with gold. Belk, you are crazy!

Supa and I left laughing but still with no coat.  I decided I was tired yep, again so we should just head to the house and get some rest before date night, which I wanted to be wide awake for!!

I think I got about an hour long nap in.  Bah humbug!  Then it was time to get all gussied up for my big date with my handsome husband!  Jade and Cat Mama arrived right on time....We ran to Subway to get the kids sandwiches to go with the pasta salad and chip we had for them.  We hung out for a little bit with Jade during which she suggested we go to Ross and look at coats.  (We both love Ross so I don't know why I didn't think of that myself.)  Off we went on our date....
I love date night.  I am selfish and I love having my husband to myself.  :)  Even if it is just for a few hours....
We ended up at Texas Roadhouse because we decided we just wanted what was familiar and delicious.  It ended up being exactly that....DELICIOUS!!  We had a blast, eating until we were stuffed, talking and laughing and just really enjoying our time together.  WIN!

Supa wanted to hear all about Breaking Dawn while we were eating dinner (I know, be very jealous ladies, my husband is amazing in more ways than one) so I told him every detail I could think of which got me totally hyped up to go see it in the theater yet again!!

When we finished eating, we had about an hour before I got to see my Edward again the movie was going to start so we decided to head on over to Ross and check out the coat situation.

Oh, Ross, how I have loved you long time :)

My favorite store had the same damn wool coat that I wanted to buy at Burlington for $30.00.  LOL, what an idiot I would have felt like for paying $70.00 more for the same damn coat.  WIN again!  After we purchased my new coat (YAYAYAYAYAYAYA, finally) we went to the gas station to get some "theater" candy, LOL, and off to the movies we went!

Supa bought me a medium cherry Icee for $6.50 are they fucking serious?! at the theater because he knows how much I love an Icee.  We were too full for popcorn so I just stuck with my gas station chocolate.  We sat down in the best seats we have ever had, lol and then I realized that I forgot my tissues in the truck (because as I told Supa, I am going to cry, it's inevitable) so I went back to the concessions to get some napkins.  There was only one napkin left so I said to the girl at the soda machine, "Do you have any more napkins?  I AM going to cry during this film so I would like to be prepared."  She says, "Breaking Dawn?".  I said, "Yes, ma'am!"  She replied, "Oh, I totally understand!  Here is some paper towels.  You're going to need them all."  I love meeting a Twi-hard at the movie theater concession stand.  :)

I appreciate you, hard theater working little Twi-hard.  I am so glad that someone understands me!!  This is about how much tissue I needed.  I was all pretty when I walked into the theater and a scary mess when I walked out.  LOL, normal.

Okay, so um, hello, the movie was JUST as great this time as it was the previous time.  DUH!  Supa loved it.  He held my hand when I cried (every 2 seconds) and he laughed at all the appropriate times.  He loved the action scenes and he did not make fun of the wedding or the love making or anything else that a normal man would have made fun of.  I was so proud of him and my heart just soared that I was lucky to have him as my husband at that moment.  He even discussed the movie with me afterwards on our way home and never made fun of my tears.   I LOVE YOU SUPA!!!!

We got back home around 12:30 PM and we were so tired!  We walked Jade out, thanking her profusely, checking on Cat, Dazzle and Neon, all asleep in Dazzle's room and then we crashed and went straight to bed!  No hanky panky either!  We were just too sleepy!

WHAT A WONDERFUL DATE NIGHT!!  Thank you Jade for looking after the kids.  If it wasn't for you, the night just wouldn't have happened.  I'm glad Cat got to come over and spend some time at our house, hanging out with Dazzle and Neon.  XXOOXXOOXX

Jade, please remember how thankful I was next month when I ask you do it again :)
Sunday morning, Jade came over early to get Cat for their family breakfast thing.  I'm glad she woke me up because it was FLEA MARKET TIME!!

We went and walked around the flea market for a couple of hours (good exercise!!)  We found a few cool very cheap things....I got Dazzle and Neon a World Guinness Record book from 2003 (They love those books and they don't care what year it's from) for 50 cents...Wow.  Supa found a game for XBox that he had been searching for.  $6.00.  Yep, and just like brand new.  I got 2 DVD's for $5.00.  Meet Joe Black and Stir of Echos (more Kevin Bacon baby!!).  I also got a new pair of sunglasses ($4.00) since I just broke mine (AGAIN) somehow.

Oh, I love them!  The bigger the lenses, the better!  :)

Afterwards, we went home and got the kids and took them to their favorite Mexican restaurant for lunch.  We had a great time and left really stuffed.  (Yes, I did a whole lot of eating this weekend :)  We went back home and relaxed for the rest of the day....Mostly.  I took a little nap on the couch and then I worked on getting ready for the week.  Stuff for Monday like laundry and lunches needed to be done and I had to run to the dumpster to check on the coupon situation.  We had a light dinner together and after dinner we had the kids put on their pajamas and get in the truck!  We took them to get ice cream sundae's and then we drove to this really cool neighborhood that I noticed was FULL of lights.  We listened to Christmas music while we ate our ice cream and looked at lights.  It was such a perfect ending to a wonderful weekend.

:)  I hope it was just as magical for them as it was for me.

Gotta go for now....

With lots of smiles, (HEY, I'm fucking awake now!!!)
