| Well, maybe not this busy but you get my drift. |
That is my only excuse for not blogging for the past couple of days. I have been getting some Christmas presents ready online but besides that, I've been working my ass off! Hopefully the beginning of next week everything will calm down just a tad.
Nothing has really been going on. Supa has been on vacation this week and has been keeping busy with household chores, extra cleaning, car maintenance/cleaning and other helpful stuff. It has been really nice having him home (while he gets paid). I haven't had to cook dinner once or do any chores or dishes. I have enjoyed it very much but I better not get used to it since he has to go back to work on Monday. One more weekend with my honey and then he's going to be living at Pub-Dizzle once again. Which is why we are going to enjoy this coming weekend TO THE FULLEST! ;)
I have to work until 6:00 PM today....I'm not too upset about that. I only have to work till 6:00PM usually one or two Friday's a month. That's not bad. I'll just blog, surf the net or watch Fantasy Factory on MTV (if you haven't seen it, do not hesitate, that shit is so funny) between calls. (Yeah, I know, that is the life) Then I am going home to have hotdogs for dinner with my little family. Next will be treadmill time and then I get to relax with Supa. Jade might come over too....Not a bad Friday night at all.
Saturday, Dazzle and I are going to get our hair cut while the boys hold down the fort at home. Dazzle wants to get a section of her hair dyed red.....She's 11, almost 12 so that's totally normal. I support her being herself and not trying to look like everyone else so, I think I'm going to let her get it done. We shall see....I can't wait to get my haircut!!! I'm in love with short so it's my mission to keep it that way!!
Once we get home, we are going to have lunch together and then I think we are going to run to Burlington Coat Factory to get, you guessed it. new coats. :) Supa and I haven't had real winter coats really since we've known each other. We have always made sure Dazzle and Neon have had nice coats but for money reasons, Supa and I always get left out in the cold (pun totally intended). SO, not this year. We are going to get us some REAL coats to keep us warm. I have no idea where else we might end up but basically we're in for an afternoon of my favorite sport, shopping! YAY!
Saturday night, Jade and Cat Mama are coming over so that Supa and I can go out for date night. Supa is talking about taking me out for Japanese food (or we might just end up at Texas Roadhouse since that is still our favorite steak place) and then to the movies to see.....BREAKING DAWN PART 1 again. THANK YA JESUS! LOL We still have the option of Christmas shopping for the kids after dinner but I have a feeling the movie will win. He really wants to see it and of course I want to see it about 50 mores times. I'll let you know which way we decided to go. Jade is going to stay at the house with Dazzle and Neon while we are out. Cat Mama is coming over to spend the night with Dazzle and Neon. Date night for us, treadmill for Jade and sleepover for the kids. Win, Win, Win!!!
Sunday, I have no plans so far. I know I will be going to the flea market with Supa. (Doesn't it seem like we go EVERY weekend?) Other than that and coupon dumpster diving, I'm keeping our options open. I'm going to soak up each minute I have with my kids and husband!!
Hopefully I can get something for Christmas accomplished. I still have Christmas baking to do, hopefully Jade can come over and make some stuff with me. I always make a ton of food to give as gifts so I will definitely need an assist. LOL. PLUS, if she wants to eat it, she better bring her behind over to help :)
