I'll Be Back Soon!

Today is my last post until I get back from vacation (Tuesday, April 17th).  I will miss blogging but I will not miss working.  :)  Maybe one day I will get a laptop so I can blog on the fly but for now, I'm taking a break. I just really want to focus on spending time with my family anyway.  I will be taking notes to help an old lady remember on what we did every day so that I can blog all about it when we get back.  I'm also planning on taking an absurd amount of pictures for your viewing pleasure.  Stay tuned for those....

No one will be taking pictures with their cat, Mr. Jingles.  WTF?!?!?



 Grama Darling never had a moustache!!  I mean, my family is weird but we look normal!  LOL

 My boss is awesome and very nice.  Therefore, she is letting me leave at 3 today instead of 5:23 and I didn't even have to ask her!!  What a sweetie pie! 

I am going straight to the nail salon (I need to look so fresh and so cleant, cleant) for my family.  Then I'm going to Palmetto Pig to pick up BBQ to take home to my family for Saturday night's dinner.  Pulled pork, hash, coleslaw and rice from the South will be much different from what they're used to eating.  :)  Should be interesting.  Grampa Darling doesn't eat rice so I will have to make him some toast so he can have hash over toast or what I call the "Southern Shit On A Shingle".  LOL


YUMMY!!!!  I hope they like it!!

I also have to run to Walmart for drugs.  I need some caffeine pills for Supa just in case he gets tired driving all night long.  Dazzle and I have to take "Bonnie" motion sickness pills so that we don't upchuck while driving through the mountains.  I never get motion sickness unless we go to or through the mountains.  Then I almost always puke.  I don't think Supa and Neon want to ride with two pukey women.   


I honestly thought it was called "Bonnie". 
Well, I've been calling it that for years now and not even this picture as proof can stop me.

After that I will be on my way home to make sure that everything is set and ready to go.  It is...and I know that it is because I finished all the packing last night (with Jade's help) but I just have to check one twelve more times.  I made Supa a huge list of stuff to do before we left.  I split it into two different days (his days off) so that he wouldn't be too overworked ;)  It looked a little bit like this when he was finished:

Monday:

-- Get luggage out of shed and dust it off
-- Get cooler out of shed and wash it out
-- Come get me and take me to lunch
--Clean our shower (because I doubt Nearly wants to take a shower in someone's dirty shower

Thursday:

--cut the grass
--pack your clothes
--put your bathroom stuff on the counter
--buy new windshield wipers for the van ($50.00 for windshield wipers!!  Holy shit!!)
--install said wipers on van
--vacuum out van
--fill up van with gas
--take out extra seat in van

I married Super Man!!  He got it all done before I got home from work and he even cooked us dinner too!!!  I was so glad to have his help!  I couldn't have done it all by myself.  I had my own list of shit to do!

I guess I'm done for now.  I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter (I'm so fortunate that I get to spend it with my family).  I will see you all on the flip side!!!

PPSS:
Red Lady got one of our coworkers a birthday cake yesterday and I just had to share a pic of it.  This is one of the coolest cakes I have ever seen!

Looks normal from the outside but once you cut into it, RAINBOW!!  What?! It tasted just like vanilla!! :)
