FRIDAY, FRIDAY, FRIDAY!!

I swear, the only time I feel alive is when I know the weekend is HERE!  well, almost here anyway.   I am at work right now, counting down the hours, minutes and seconds until freedom is mine but I love Friday's because the weekend is so close, I can taste it!  This weekend should be no exception....Fun and shenanigans are sure to ensue.

I'm thinking that this is probably the level of fun that will be reached this weekend.  What can I say?  Life is good!!
Supa is OFF on Saturday!  WOOOO HOOOO!  I'm pretty damn stoked to spend the whole day with all 3 of my immediate family members!!  We have planned a few things but we'll probably wing most of the day.  Every damn thing can't be planned or so I'm learning

That pretty much sums me up.  I'm a planner that really doesn't want to be.  It's my nature but I'm trying to plan less and live more.  Cross your fingers...I'm going to need it.  Old habits die really fucking hard at my house.
Saturday morning, Supa is taking me to the flea market (as you all know by now, one of my most favorite places to frequent) to look for cool shit for really cheap.  WOOT WOOT!!!!  I love holding hands with my hubby and walking around in the fall weather looking for treasures and making fun of the crazy looking people around us.  That's exactly my idea of a good time!  ;)  I'm sure Dazzle and Neon will beg to stay home and play Halo (we don't let them play video games on school days so this is their main weekend treat lately) and they have declared that they HATE the flea market.  ARE THEY CRAZY?!!?  That's OK though!  That will give Apple and Supa some much needed alone time!  I'm so ready!

Then we will probably take the kids out to lunch....Practicing my "fly by the seat of my pants" method, I have no idea where yet.  Then we are OFF to look at treadmills!  I had a conversation with Supa the other night about how all I needed in life (right this minute) was a treadmill and a new TV in our bedroom.  After wiping the "holy shit, I'm so fucked" look off his face he said, "Okay with me, whatever you want, baby".  Yeah!  That's the answer I'm always looking for!  I NEED the treadmill much more than I "need" the TV so that's what we're going to work on first.  We're going to look at them, try them out, compare and price them so that we can make an educated decision on which kind to buy and I'll know how much money I need to save and how long it will take.  You like that huge run on sentence I just pulled out of my ass don't you?  I'm pretty damn excited about it!  The TV can be added to the list of things to work on for now.

Come to me treadmill!  I have waited so long for you!!

My plan is to put the treadmill in my bedroom so that I can avoid the outside world and nature all together.  I hate being outside so hopefully, this will take care of that.  Bugs and weather, KISS MY ASS!  I plan on running in the AM before work and in the PM before dinner each day.  That way I can still hang out at the house with the kids WHILE exercising.  I can already see Dazzle laying on my bed, talking about her day while I'm running.  Sounds perfect to me!  Thank you, SUPA!

I know I have been kinda mushy and girlie about my husband lately but credit is given where credit is due!!  I mean, what can I say?  He's being a good boy!! And when he's not, you'll fucking hear about that too!

After that excursion, I'm not sure what else we might get into.  Dinner at home and maybe Jade might come over to keep us company for awhile??  Play some cards??  We will see!!

Sunday, I have no plans.  (Look at me go!)  Supa is working all day so I'll probably just hang out around the house with the kids, (can anyone say DAY OF REST!) get the laundry taken care of and prepare ourselves for Monday NOOOOOOOOOO!  HEEHEE

While we're on a roll talking about my husband, let me tell you what revolting, disgusting thing he ate the other night.....See, to me this is some Fear Factor shit but anyone that knows Supa knows that he will eat just about ANYTHING.  On Monday night when I was sick I asked him for some broth.  Well, we didn't have any in the house at the time so he took a package of Ramen noodle soup and took the seasoning packet out of it.  Then he just heated up some water in the kettle and poured the hot water onto the seasoning in a mug and POW, you've got broth right?  Okay, well then he had the leftover plain noodles and I said, "Just throw them away, the whole damn pack only cost .17 cents."  Well, no he couldn't do that so he made the noodles.  PLAIN.  No seasoning or sauce or anything, YICK.  SO, I guess he figured he would make his own seasoning/sauce right?   What did he put on those noodles you ask me?

WELL......

Are you ready for this combination??

Here goes:

Plain Ramen noodles  WITH

1)  Soy Sauce

2)  Pace Salsa

3)  Seasoning Salt

4)  Ranch Dressing

<Gag, UGH, Gag, Gag, UGH!>

I totally could have done it with just the soy sauce and the seasoning salt (not that you need additional salt after you slap on the soy sauce) but the salsa AND ranch dressing???  OH YUCK!!!  Where the hell did he come up with that and what did his shit smell like the next day?  I don't even want to know!!!  What a crazy, crazy, hungry, brave man.  :)  And, the funniest thing is, he absolutely loved it and sweared it tasted like heaven.  WEIRD!!!

But then again, this is the man that loves some chitlins and rice.  EWWWWWWW!

If you cook it, he will eat it.  When it comes to food, this man is not playing around.  I don't understand how he is doesn't get fat with all the food he eats!
I know it hasn't been a long blog entry today but I have things I need to do in preparation for this weekend!  You know...Things like pluck my eyebrows at my desk and paint my toenails.  OH, and answer the phone ;)

I hope the weekend rocks for everyone!!!
