Monday Again?! YUCK!

I'm not really awake.  Even though Supa is on vacation this week and he got up early to take the kids to school, I'm still sleepy as hell and didn't want to get up.  Damnit, I wish I could just leap out of bed every morning, happy to get up and go to work.  That would make life a tad unrealistic a tad bit easier.  Since that didn't exactly happen today, I'm sitting at my desk, tired as always, wishing I was at home with Supa.  (Don't worry, he has plenty of chores this week to keep him busy ;)

This past weekend was wonderful.  I got to leave around 3:30PM on Friday because I have a boss that loves me mostly I think.  I was so tired from shopping but by the time I got home I guess I had reached my second wind because I was wide open!  (For about 30 minutes that is...and then I promptly passed out on the couch)  Supa woke me up for reheated Turkey Day leftovers and that was so yummy!!  I was pretty crabby the rest of the night from lack of proper rest.  I went to bed early and on Saturday, I slept in pretty late.  

Usually, but this was more like super crabby, lack of sleep, bitch mode.

Dazzle and Neon let me sleep until about 9:15 AM which is pretty late for me.  I got a whole slew of things accomplished after I recharged my batteries.  Cleaning, laundry, baking Jade's birthday cake, etc.  Then I took a nap in the afternoon to get ready for our fun night of shennanigans for Jade's birthday.  I got up when Supa got home from work and by then it was time to get ready. 

Lolly and her boyfriend, Camoflauged Man, (yes, I decided he earned his bloggy name) came over.  Camo Man was going to stay at the house with Supa and the kids to watch the football game (drink beer and eat pizza) while us ladies went out to eat and did some shopping.  PERFECT.  We pregamed on the deck for a little while, just talking and hanging out.  This is only the second time we have hung out wiht Camo at the house so we're still in the process of getting to know him.  Fun stuff.  He honestly seems like a good old country boy.  As long as he behaves himself and treats Lolly with dignity and respect, I won't have to fuck him up.

Camo man likes camo Crocs.  Well, that's awesome, so does Neon!  LOL.  I'm not sure if Lolly likes the camo Crocs but it's not the shoes that matter, right?

We left the boys and the kids to fend for themselves and off we went!  We treated Jade to dinner at Olive Garden (her favorite place) and it was so good!!  We all ordered the same thing, lasagna rolls....The waitress brought the 3 same dishes and she said, "Well, I guess I can't mess this one up."  LOL, true!

It was totally delicious and we all left totally stuffed.  Way past overly stuffed.

While we were sitting there eating, of course we were talking our heads off.  I was telling a story about who the hell knows what (I can't remember at this point) and I was kinda dancing at the table, swinging my arms around in the air probably embarrassing the hell out of Lolly, even though by now she should be used to my craziness when a waitress walked by and saw me (I didn't even notice her), stopped and said, "Hey, I like that!" and waved her arms around too.  LOL.  Alrighty, I guess I'm glad to have entertained you.  HAHA!

I had a coupon to use at our meal because when do I not have a fucking coupon these days and we were having so much fun that I totally forgot to use it!  I said a bunch of choice words about that after we left and realized it.  Most of those words started with F and ended with UCK.  I hate it when I do that!  Anyway, then we went by Walmart because I was looking for a new bookcase for my livingroom (to store my DVD collection that is outgrowing us quickly) and Jade was nice enough to go into Walmart with us on her birthday fun night.  

I sure as hell wouldn't want to go inside a Walmart on my birthday fun night but Jade loves me and she didn't mind.

They had one bookcase that was in a wet box with water damage.  WALMART, YOU SUCK BALLS!  We only shop with you because your shit is affordable and convienient.  Not because we like you or what you stand for, so don't you forget it!

We left Walmart and went on over to the mall.  Lolly had some jeans to return and we were just looking at ideas for Christmas.  Fun times there!

After we were finished at the mall, Jade said it would be fine with her if we went to ANOTHER WALMART to look for my bookcase again.  I had already complained loudly mentioned earlier that I really needed that bookcase for my Sunday project and I was so disappointed that we didn't find it.  SO, off we went to Walmart #2.  They didn't even have any shitty ones.  The shelf was completely empty.  (I was pretty pissed off at this point)

We decided we didn't have a damn thing to do other than go home so off we went to.....You guessed it....WALMART #3.  FML. 

We jammed out on the way there and it actually turned out to be a really fun drive.  (Like we ever go anywhere and NOT have fun getting there)  We listened to my "Uh-Oh" playlist on my iPod, which only contains songs that are XXX R rated.   Fun times!!

Finally, at Walmart #3, we found my damn bookcase.  After I clapped my hands and hooted and hollared right there in the aisle (surely embarrassing us all but not giving a God damn) we made our purchase and headed out the door. 

As we were walking out, I saw someone that I think we all would recognize sitting on a stool on the inside of the doorway.  As soon as we all made it outside, we turned to each other at the same exact time and said, "OMG, did you just see who the fuck was sitting beside the door???"  YES, YES, and YES!  It was the drunk, homeless man from Shoney's the day we left to go to Breaking Dawn Part 1!!!!  You can read about him here to see what the hell we were flipping out over.  What a way too small world!

We took my new bookcase and headed for home.  The game had just ended.  Perfect timing!  We hung out for a little while, had a bday shot in Jade's honor and then it was present time!!


Who doesn't love a little presents every now and again??

Supa, Dazzle, Neon and I got her: 

--A pair of shoes she really wanted from the mall
--a special edition People magazine all about Breaking Dawn Part 1
--Water for Elephants on DVD
--Bath and Body Works Twilight Woods body spray and lotion

She loved everything!  Of course!  LOL. 

After presents we had cake and I had baked her exactly the cake she requested.  Lemon cake with cream cheese frosting and I wrote "Happy Birthday, Jade" on it in green because that is her favorite color (hence the name "Jade"). 

After cake, we were all tuckered out.  Everyone went home, (*TMI alert!*) I took advantage of Supa for a bit and then I passed out.  Fun, fun times!

Sunday was productive.  Supa was off and it was super nice having him home with us.  Especially since he put my bookcase together first thing ;)  Good boy!  Dazzle and I got a crock pot full of Grama Darling's spaghetti sauce on to cook for dinner while Neon helped his Daddy with my bookcase.  Then we had DVD's to move.  Dazzle took a recount of how many we have now.....605 total and there are a few loaned out at the moment.  Oh, for shame!  I just love collecting them!  We reorganized, dusted and rotated all 605 of them so that we would be ready for the new editions coming at Christmas time.  (There is already a sizable stack under the tree :)

I ended up cleaning a whole bunch of other things that never get cleaned (behind, hidden and above type places) and I did fit some relaxing time in at some point.  I also ran to the flea market to buy Supa (you guessed it) a DVD for Christmas (details later). 

I'm still sleepy but more awake now at least.  Time to get some work done!
