Download This: Special Edition

Today you're in for a very special edition of "Download This". 

The Breaking Dawn soundtrack must be documented!  (I'm not going to list every single song.  Just my favorites.)

I didn't download the soundtrack right away.  I usually don't even give the songs a listen until I've seen the movie at least a dozen times, that way I have an emotional connection with the music first.  I shouldn't have waited with this one.  The songs are really sweet and easy to like, even if you don't like the movie itself who the hell, anyhow, I'm not even going to go there. 

**Please give these songs a chance and don't be biased by the movie they are connected to.  This is a good way to discover new artists and songs that you may not have heard otherwise!**

#1:  From Now On By: The Features

What a really great song by a group I had never heard of!

I'm really sorry about this lame video.  I could not find the actual music video for this song!  POOP!  I hope I don't have problems finding videos for the rest of these.

#2:  Endtapes By: The Joy Formidable

You all might need to close your eyes and just listen to these songs because all these videos so far SUCK. 

#3:  Sister Rosetta By:  The Noisettes

I heard this song and liked it before I even knew it was going to be on the soundtrack.  It's catchy and crazy. 

Finally!  An actual music video!!!  LOL!

#4:  Like A Drug By:  Hard-Fi

I do like the way this person put the screen shots of Edward and Bella AND the lyrics on this video.  The is the least of the sucky ones that I could find.  LOL!

#5:  I Didn't Mean It By: The Belle Brigade

I think this one is my favorite!!  This could apply to so many life situations!!

Another close your eyes and enjoy moment.  Nothing to watch here...Just the song playing.

#6:  Cold By: Aqualung & Lucy Schwartz

This song is so slow and soft.  It's just creepy as hell to me and fits the scene in the movie perfectly. 

I personally like seeing the lyrics.  :)

#7:  Turning Page By: Sleeping At Last

WOW, so emotionally powerful!  LOVE IT!

#8:  A Thousand Years By:  Christina Perri

When you buy the soundtrack from iTunes (the deluxe version), you get the behind the scenes making of the music video of this song for free!  YAY!  Very cool with all the candles.  Check it out.

That's all, folks!  Out of 18 songs, these are my top favorites.  (I don't do songs with no words so that leaves out at least 3 of the songs)  I hope everyone enjoys these or at least gives them a chance.  You never know what you might discover and love.
