#1: Faster - By: Matt Nathanson
The first time I heard this song was on a recent episode of "The Bachelor". This song was playing in the background of one scene and I thought it sounded pretty good. Then I heard it a few days later on Pandora. I realized the first moment it came on where I had heard it originally and how much I loved it. Now I can't stop playing it!
#2: Call Me - By: Blondie
I understand that this fabulous song was released in 1980 but I forgot all about it or I missed it. I heard it the other day and I checked to see if I had it. Nope, sure didn't. But, I do now. The video is hilarious. LOL
#3: Please Don't Go - By: Boys II Men
Nearly and I were off running errands a couple of weekends ago and I was flipping through the songs on her mixed CD while she drove. I came across this song and as many Boys II Men songs as I have, I totally forgot about this one. It's awesome and it's one of those songs that "take me back" to some fun memories. Think circa 1992. I couldn't find the original music video. The first part of this is a part of "Please Don't Go" and the second half is part of their song "Can You Stand The Rain?". Enjoy.
#4: Domino - By: Jessie J
This song is fairly new. She might be a one-hit wonder. I think it's too hard to tell just yet but I do like this song. It's pretty catchy. They are already ruining it by playing it way too much. What can you do?
#5: True Faith - By: New Order
This group was very popular in the UK. This song came out in 1987 and I love it. Prepare yourself for this music video. It's pretty weird.
#6: Knocks Me Off My Feet - By: Stevie Wonder
No intro needed. Just a kick ass Stevie song! Live in London for your pleasure!
#7: Headlines - By: Drake
I'm in love with Drake. Yes, he's really cute but his raps are even better. I like how he raps so that you can understand every word. Eminem much? I call this song the "they know" song. :)
#8: Gypsy - By: Fleetwood Mac
Anyone that knows me understands my huge love for Fleetwood Mac. This would be my Mom's fault but I'm not mad at her. I LOVE all things Fleetwood Mac and I'm very glad that she instilled love for amazing music in me. Somehow, this song slipped past my library. I fixed that.
These old videos always crack me up!!
#9: Policy Of Truth - By: Depeche Mode
I've heard this song many times here and there over the years (since 1990 when it was released) but I never really was aware of who sang it. Now, I know. Do it, Depeche Mode!!
This video was Depeche Mode live in concert 2005, Chicago.
That's it for today, folks! Happy downloading!!!
