Big Hurry!

I was planning to blog today.  I had a full blown post in mind.  I guess I didn't anticipate how busy I was going to be today.  ARG!?!  Then my boss calls me and tells me that I can leave an hour early!  I'm definitely not saying no to that so.....

Here comes the shortest post ever:

Tomorrow morning, Lolly, Jade and I leave for our Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2 trip to Charlotte.  We are all super excited and I have been running around like a chicken with my head cut off for the past two days trying to make sure I have everything ready.  I packed my clothes last night, got the cooler out of the shed and made a list of last minute things I needed to do today.  (And things not to forget, like my camera!)

I won't leave home without my eyelashes!

I never wear fake eyelashes but I got these reduced dirt cheap with the day after Halloween stuff and I thought it would be cool to wear them during our trip just for something different.  I hope I don't glue my eyelids shut.  LOL

I'm leaving work in just a few minutes, picking up the kids and running my errands.  I am NOT cooking dinner tonight and finishing up my packing instead. 

**I'm so excited, I'm having a hard time remembering what I was going to talk about here.....**  LMAO!

I made time at my desk today to look for some good places for us to eat dinner while we're in Charlotte.  I came up with some interesting places and printed out the menus for each so that the girls could decide while I drive.

Amber Jack Seafood and Steaks - Jade hates seafood so they will have to have good  chicken dishes in order for us to go there :)  Sounds good doesn't it?

Mert's Heart and Soul - southern soul food at it's finest - think fried green tomatoes and shrimp n grits

Cucina Italiana - a nice sounding Italian place

Ri Ra: The Irish Pub - I picked this one because I've never been to an Irish pub before.

Librettos Pizzeria - because we might want pizza!

I'm voting for Amber Jack but we shall see where we end up!

I have to go....I have a few things to finish here at my desk and then I'm OUT THE DOOR. 

I will be back on Monday with a FULL (probably several posts) report of how our weekend panned out.
