That Weekend Sure Seemed Short

I swear, I was just talking to Super this morning about how it feels like we just left this place and here we are back at work, Monday morning all over again, already!  Shit!  Whoever gets elected needs to change weekends to 3 days.  Die, Monday, die already! 

Friday night I watched TV with Supa until he had to go to bed, then I resumed watching TV with the kids.  We had some serious shows to catch up on and after this whole weekend, I still have 21% left to go before the DVR is empty.  Sheesh.  Watching TV is such hard work. 

Saturday Supa was off and we had lots of errands to run.  We went so many places, I can't even begin to list them.  Mostly they were just little things we needed here and there.  I finally convinced Supa to stop shaving his head and go to the salon to get his hair trimmed.  He listened and got his trimmed while Neon was getting his cut.  It ended up looking really sharp.  :)  Listen to your wife, she usually knows best. 

One of the best errands we ran was out to the State Farmer's Market.  When the kids and I went out there a few weeks ago with Lolly we decided we had to go there to get our pumpkins and take Supa because we had so much fun. 

All of the booths are decorated for fall and there were so many pumpkins to pick from!

We spent some time looking at all the different pumpkins.  We talked to a few of the vendors and after we picked out our favorite ones, we promised we would be back next year.  Fun stuff!

We got Copper a harness and a new leash on Saturday so he could go for walks with us.  I've tried to walk him with just his collar and Odie's little retractable leash but that didn't work very well.  He knew he could just back out of his collar and that the leash was wimpy.  This time we got smart and got a harness and leash that could contain him. 


He looks cute in it!  He's ready to go!

Dazzle and I took him for his first real walk around the neighborhood and to my surprise, he did pretty well.  He's still trying to learn to stay to the left of me but he walked continuously, didn't try to escape or eat the leash and didn't pay the other dogs we passed any attention.  He's such a smart dog!

I went with Jade after dinner to get an estimate on my tattoo.  I'm making an appointment this week....More to come on that later.  (I'm so excited!!)

I'm leaving early and I ran out of time, again.  FML.
